last week 4got 2 blog so yea... here i remember 2 do it. 15 minutes b4 i leave my hse for pasir laba camp again.

last week was a terrible and super long week. juz waiting for saturday to come, felt like many years. and saturday alone waiting for bookout, that felt even longer than the entire week. 1stly, last week we had our 32km CSB route march which encompasses river crossing in the middle of that crazy distance and also a 10shot marksmanship test at the end of the whole march. things were looking good at the start when morale was high. after the 8km march, cracks were beginning to show wif people beginning to lag behind the main group. b4 long, the platoon level was stretched till the safety rover at the end couldnt b seen. wad added 2 the problems was that our PC happened 2 walk on a wrong route and realised the mistake after 1.3km. thus, we turned around and continued on our journey resulting in a total distance of 34.6km travelled. 2.6km may seem like juz a small number compared to 32km, but, the tiredness level of the platoon was really stressed from it. finally, the march ended and the rest that they promised us? well, there wasnt tt much. we had lectures after a few hours of sleep. obviously, not many of us could keep our eyes open after having marched through the night.

it was also then, that we received news from our neighbouring Foxtrot company (who have seemed to be living lives worse than ours) that they had been given 2 nights off for returning through the march together without any people falling out. wow. we did the same thing, so we were looking forward 2 the good news from our OC. sadly, this nightsout was postponed day by day till saturday and it never visualised. if OC had juz made it direct that he would nt give us the nightsout, we would have felt btr. but no, he kept raising our hopes and then dashing them everyday. everyday, our morale dropped even lower. and the fact that i failed my SOC twice in a week didnt make things any better.

and here the hour comes again. the time 2 book in draws even closer. in arnd 45 mins, i will haf 2 leave my hse n hope i do not b late. maybe i shd leave earlier. ok. so last week contained many things. we had, IPPT, guard duty, nights out (which i missed due to my guard duty), 10km run and also live range. hopefully i got the marksman badge from the shoot. if not, then nvm.

but maybe i shd nt talk abt army life, cos it again sends me down 2 depression. 2dae i went 2 catch Little Man wif mathew, nice show man,. lol. freakin funny. also purchased 2 GUNDAM model kits (Strike Freedom and Infinity Justice)

bah ive got nth much 2 blog now, shall go get prepared 2 go out. cya nxt week. which will b my last week that i get 2 book out on a saturday.

book in again in 1 hrs time. this tym not gonna rush a cab down. juz gonna train. hopefully i wun b late. original intention was 2 blog a cheerful entry 4 once, but as the tym draws nearer, the mood again drops to shit. maybe i shd blog earlier nxt tym then the entry will be more... happy.

well... the week b4 was lame. 1st day, we ended up sleeping quite abit cos there was many stuff the sgts had 2 do. good 4 us... 2 a certain extent. looking over to foxtrot company made us pity our fellow friends that got posted there instead of echo coy. when we r sleeping and talking cock, they are busy doing stuff. when we book out, they were falling in to go for their lunch at the cookhouse. so yea, the 2nd day, we were supposed 2 go to elephant hill in the morning to collect our green beret. thus, we were asked to wake up at a freaking 3.40am to prepare. all that shit, juz for rain to come down from the skies, causing a CAT1 (which means, no outdoor activities 2 b carried out due to lightning risk). zzz. in the end, we were forced to wait till 5 plus without the comfort of our beds, before we could move off to elephant hill. all that shit, juz 4 us 2 collect the beret. im sure they could haf done it in the school. but no... they want 2 preserve the nature of the infantry, rushing up hills and marching around like idiots.

finally, it was book out day on saturday. this was the day, our OC displayed 2 us, how nice he can be. he once mentioned that during training, we will haf 2 b serious, but during free time, he can b real nice. he let us off frm his lecture without much problems so that we could go get washed up and book out.

and now, some happy moments. the night of book out, members of Golf Platoon 4 met up for a dinner at Fish&Co. mainly, me, mengfei, yuanli, kevintan, jingchyi, sherman, guofeng, daryl, songkiu, eric and daniel turned up. though eric and daniel dint haf the dinner, at least they showed up. nice 2 meet up wif all of em again even though its only been about a week since we split off frm platoon 4. it was real nice 2 talk cock with em about our units as well. hopefully, there can be more such outings in the near future. after the dinner, a few of us proceeded 2 go play dota before heading home.

the whole of today was spent playing WoW levelling up my character 3 times. finally, its lv 21 and i stole some bargain deals around the market. lolx. sadly, ive gotta book in again and wun haf the chance 2 play my char again for another week.

BTW, my taiwan training trip is scheduled for october 17th. if u ppl want 2 meet up before my trip, pls tell me earlier. lolx. but, i dun tink theres much chance 2 meet up as well, considering the weeks before mainly consist of sunday morning bookouts. i will be so tired and probably sleep through the day before booking in again. tt will really be sad. gtg now, cya around guyz
